About two more months…
We checked out the new house today, it is unbelievable how quickly it was built. It is now fully bricked and stoned, the sheetrock is hung and textured, all the bathroom and kitchen cabinets are installed. The painters come next week, then the floor is put in and after that there is only the trim work left and the yard. It looks like a house now, it is very exciting to plan what goes where, what kind of furniture we’ll go with etc. We ordered the dining room set this weekend and the sofa for the living room. We also went to a Danish contemporary furniture store. They had great stuff, although very expensive. We had to get a chair for the living room from there though. All we are hoping for now is some nice raises and big bonus at work
